Problem Note 56626: During execution, the decision campaign logs "TricklingInsertTimeWaitTask Not running task at this time because business context data is unavailable"

In SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager 6.4, campaigns executed in the run time environment might trigger the following message in the SASCustIntelReporting6.4.log file:
INFO ... TricklingInsertTimeWaitTask Not running task at this time because business context data is unavailable.
This message contains information about expected behavior and does not affect performance.
If you prefer this message to not be written to the log, complete these steps:
- Replace the contents of the SASCustIntelReporting-log4j.xml file in your current deployment with the contents of the SASCustIntelReporting-log4j.xml file on the Downloads tab.
- Restart your SAS® Customer Intelligence Reporting application in order to use the new log4j settings.
